Which Countries Uphold International Law?

  • The following countries have confirmed their intention to arrest Netanyahu or Gallant should they enter their territory: Canada, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, and Solvenia. [1]
  • All signatories of the Rome Statute, including many of Israel's allies, are obliged to detain and hand over indicted leaders. Full list can be found here.
  • Germany, France, and the UK have not clarified whether they would comply with the ICC's decision. [1]
